Get that effortless glow that everyone notices with our Titanium Dioxide Free - Sopht Rootz Shimmer Oil! Disclaimer: We have opted to use synthetic mica (oxidized with iron oxide) instead of natural mica as most natural micas are oxidized with titanium dioxide.
